Robert W. Joseph Interior Design
Robert W. Joseph has been working in the film and television industry as a supervising art director/art director for 25 plus years. Due to last years strikes and the continued slowdown in the industry he is shifting his current focus to more interior design work. His first love for design started with architecture and interior design. He received his BFA in Interior Design and Space Planning from Ringling College of Art and Design. He worked as interior designer for a number of years until he decided to pursue a career in the art departments for film and tv and change in the mid '90's.
Robert has been able continued his love of interior design over the years by working on select residential design/remodel projects when not working on a film or tv show. He has a deep knowledge of design, construction, fixtures and finishes, project management, budgeting and scheduling. He has worked in most eras and styles at one time or another on film and tv giving him a broad spectrum of design, detail, knowledge and experience. Working as a supervising art director has also given Robert access to lots of talented craftspeople from decorators, finish carpenters, painters, plasterers and everything in between to help make your dream project a reality.
